We were at the ranch at the base of Kilimanjaro today. We went through our briefing with our guide and met our group … including 5 climbers and 31 crew.
We leave for the climb tomorrow morning at 10.
Today we spent three hours hiking at the ranch and saw impala, warthogs, zebras, elephants, buffalo, waterbuck and monkeys. Then had sundowners at a treehouse and watched wildlife for awhile.
It was an awesome day.
But the real work begins in the morning.
